I had such a wonderful experience with Ed Martin Honda's service department this week. After discovering an issue with my Honda's engine and having it repaired at my local auto shop, my husband and I decided to take it in to a Honda service center. I called three different Honda locations in Indianapolis, but decided to schedule an appointment with Ed Martin Honda (the farthest Honda service center from my home) because of my phone conversation with one of their mechanics. He was so knowledgeable about my vehicle, and he took the time to clearly explain what services would be needed to repair them. My in person experience was just a great. The customer service was exceptional. The prices I had been quoted were accurate and honored. I was treated with kindness and respect, and all of my questions were answered. I will continue to drive out of my way to have my Honda serviced at Ed Martin!

I called on 12/8/2023 and set up an appointment to come see a specific car. I was told that I would be notified if the car sold before my 8:30 am appointment the next morning.
It is a 45 minute drive each way. I explained that I’m disabled and don’t want to make the drive if the car won’t be there.
When I arrived, Rob the salesperson told me that the person I spoke with was to let me know it had sold.
He offered to get a manager. I told him no. Ed Martin Honda had disrespected my time, gas money & physical pain I endured to get there.
Had some body work done and they did a great job. Tyler , body shop mgr, was very pleasant and nice to work with. Also., a young man named Alden, (sp?), explained everything and was great as well. Nice job! I would definitely have any collision or body work done there.
Bought a 2019 Dodge minivan there this past weekend. Salesman and staff super friendly and nice and got the price I wanted and new tires included since the ones on it were pretty worn. Good experience. Will keep them in mind if/when I buy another car.

The first time car buying experience can feel daunting when you are trying to teach your young adult to adult. My daughter and I stopped in at Ed Martin Honda on a whim after a few sketch Marketplace encounters and a trip to Oak Motors. The universe intervened to help a sister out when she sent Scott Miller out to check on us as we wandered around the used car lot. Scott was helpful, honest and kind. He found a car and worked in ensure it was in her budget. He patiently answered all my questions as we went through the CarFax report and service history. He then hooked us up with Shelly, the man who made the entire sales process seamless and way less scary than I remember it being. It may have helped that he was a Blackhawks fan. No need to waste anymore countless hours internet searching to find the perfect used car! Head to Ed Martin Honda for all your car buying needs! We will certainly be back. This mommas heart it happy.
